Konstepidemin Presents: Is Art Essential? Community Cinema During Covid-19

Join us online via Zoom on Thursday, February 25 as Konstepedemin (Gothenburg, Sweden) presents a free lecture with Lisa Marr and Paolo Davanzo from Echo Park Film Center in Los Angeles, discussing difficulties and opportunities in Community Art today, specifically relating to the global situation with Covid-19.
The lecture is the first in a series of digital seminars produced by the International group at Konstepidemin that highlight how artist-driven initiatives address urgent societal issues today.
Konstepidemin is a studio area at Linnéplatsen in Gothenburg, which provides a unique workplace for 130 artists from a range of art areas, a platform for artistic projects as well as a meeting place for artists and audiences.
