The Wandering Reel is a traveling short film festival showcasing compassionate and artful cinema for communities without access to such films. We strive to engage that audience in a deeper conversation about the nature of cinema, the movie industry and the films themselves and how they relate to community, conscious living and making the world a better, more unified place. Help Celebrate the Commencement of our inagural season (as well as the opening of film submissions for next year) at the Echo Park Film Center in Los Angeles. We’ll be giving out awards and watching/discussing some of the films that have proven most pertinent to our audiences across 2015/2016.

Winning films will be announced and then screened at the event.
