SENIORS ARCHIVAL FILMMAKING WORKSHOP
Two Day Workshop: Wednesday May 15 and Wednesday May 22, 9 – 11 AM
FREE for Seniors ages 60+
EPFC invites Seniors in the Echo Park neighborhood to come share their stories and archival materials with the community. We invite anyone self-identifying as a Senior Citizen to bring in their old photos, home movies (any format, including 8mm, 16mm and Super 8 film), written materials etc and we will try our best to scan, preserve and celebrate this material as a group. This is a two-day workshop. Light breakfast and coffee will be served!!!!

Share your photos and home movies, learn best archival practices, collaboratively screen and discuss work. Plant the seed of turning these memories into a short film or visual poem.
Wednesday, May 22 – 9AM to 11AM
Get digital copies and scans of your work. Brainstorm continued programming and workshops for Seniors. Let’s take your memories and make them into a film!!!
