LA-based filmmaker Ray Harrison produced a series of all drag cast remakes and parodies of popular Hollywood films, such ‘What Really Happened to Baby Jane’ and ‘Always on Sunday.’ However, ALICE is his only feature length film and while it enjoyed a brief theatrical run, mostly in LA and NYC, when it was first released in 1972, in the ensuing 45 years, it has been nearly impossible to see, save for a low quality VHS copy at LA’s ONE Archive.
